Welcome to Splendour Charters. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website [splendourcharters.com], and the booking of our yacht charter services. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

"We," "Us," "Our" – Refers to Splendour Charters, the operator of the yacht charter services.
"Client," "You" – Refers to the person making the booking and any guests on board.
"Services" – Refers to the yacht charter services, including but not limited to accommodation, meals, excursions, and onboard amenities.
"Booking" – The reservation and agreement for our yacht charter services.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1 Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total charter cost.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than [X] days before the departure date.

2.2 Payment Methods

Payments can be made via bank transfer or approved credit card providers.
Any transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.

2.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 60 days of departure are non-refundable.
No-shows or early departures will result in the full forfeiture of the charter fee.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and additional fees may apply.

2.4 Changes to Bookings

Any changes to bookings must be requested in writing and approved by Splendour Charters.
Changes may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.

3. Charter Policies

3.1 Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM at Labuan Bajo Harbour.
Check-out is no later than 11:00 AM on the final day.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.

3.2 Guest Responsibilities

Clients must comply with all safety instructions provided by the crew.
The consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited onboard.
Clients are responsible for any damages caused to the yacht or its property due to negligence or misconduct.

3.3 Safety & Conduct

Clients must follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times.
Inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in termination of the charter without refund.
Splendour Charters reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.

3.4 Health & Medical Considerations

Clients must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation in activities.
Guests should carry necessary medication and inform the crew of any allergies or special needs.

4. Inclusions & Exclusions

4.1 Included in the Charter

Accommodation in fully air-conditioned cabins.
All meals and non-alcoholic beverages.
Water activities (snorkeling, paddleboarding, etc.).
Use of onboard leisure equipment.
Transfers to/from Labuan Bajo Airport.
National park permits and fuel charges.

4.2 Excluded from the Charter

Flights and hotel accommodations before/after the charter.
Alcoholic beverages (available at an additional cost).
Personal expenses such as souvenirs and spa treatments.
Travel and medical insurance.
Additional excursions or activities outside of the itinerary.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
Splendour Charters will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Splendour Charters is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of nature (storms, natural disasters).
- Accidents or injuries caused by personal negligence.
- Mechanical failures of the yacht.
- Government travel restrictions or force majeure events.
Clients participate in water-based activities at their own risk.

7. Force Majeure

Splendour Charters shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government regulations.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking our services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Splendour Charters. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bali, Indonesia.
